Macadamia Nut Roka Bark

ROKA is the candy part of toffee – rich and buttery! We make it thicker (but not too thick and not sticky), break it up, mix it with roasted and crushed macadamia nuts that are fresh from Hawaii and then pour our amazing chocolate over the entire mixture!  Just for an extra flavor burst, we sprinkle sea salt on top.  We then break it up again and we have Macadamia nut roka bark. Each bite is goodness!  We think it’s the best way to eat the macadamia nuts and roka together!

Our chocolate is free of hydrogenated oils and contains no artificial flavors or colors. It’s an amazing bite into a myriad of flavors that meld together in your mouth. Truly one of our best creations!
